There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

What do I need to bring?
All passengers must have a government issued form of identification. No exceptions!

Are there weight restrictions?
Yes. Helicopters are very sensitive to weight and weight distribution. Because of that, no individual may weigh more than 300 pounds and the maximum for all passengers is 650 pounds.

Do I need a reservation?
Yes reservations are mandatory. PLEASE NOTE: All flight times are approximate. Some tours run slightly shorter or slightly longer than the normal flight length based on wind conditions.

Are there ever delays or interruptions in scheduled flights?
Occasionally delays may be experienced. During the busy seasons (July-August and November-December), there may be brief delays. Delays are also possible due to government air restrictions or when high profile persons visit Los Angeles. Weather may also be a factor - low clouds, high winds or extreme heat.

Must I call to check my reservation status on the day of my flight?
Yes, you must call at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled flight to reconfirm.

What happens if my flight is cancelled due to weather?
All flights are dependent on weather. If the cloud layer is too low or in extreme heat or high winds a tour may need to be canceled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour for another date and time. If an agreed upon date and time for your tour cannot be scheduled, you will be refunded in full.
